My mom is a very very cute and fine mom. This morning I made her a bit of a feast and we went for the best smelling walk. I love walks with my mom. I can remember some very important and good ones over the years.

Since I was a kid, I've always found that I've had good communication with people when I take walks with them. My mom is no different. And water only seems to improve things. There was a lot of water on this walk.

It's been in the news and it may have affected a person near you (or yourself), but it sort of flooded in Ontario and Quebec recently. Today, my mom took me to see what Britannia Beach looked like. I have a lot of thoughts, but for now I will just leave it at this: although landscapes and people may change, and sometimes the changes can hurt and alter peoples' lives, they are still beautiful and are still the same, and everything happens for a reason. We always grow from change, eventually.

I love you, mom. Happy mother's day.
