Day 107 of a Photo a Day: And The Jams

You know what's really cool about Valois' keyboardist Megan Miller's US band And The Kids? Everything. Rebecca (pictured here) is a supreme wizard of percussion and a really nice and warm human being. Hannah is a witty and charming queen of vocals and guitar. Taliana is a cool and righteous warrior of the bass. And Megan is a fierce and fiery overlord of the synth. Together, they are mind-blowingly talented, approachable, kind, and inclusive.

When Don and I arrived at practice today, we stepped into a beautiful jam. At first, I walked around taking some photos, but Megan was quick to usher me over to the keys and hand Don our little buddy, Green Guy.

And The Kids have two awesome albums that you should definitely purchase and listen to available on their Bandcamp. I honestly listen to them both all the time, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Right now, they're working on their third. So exciting.
