Day 90 of a Photo a Day: Bread-winner

Before heading out to the market today, I watched the House Sparrows that live in the tree in front of my apartment feast happily on a piece of bread that someone had dropped. For about ten minutes it was all theirs, until some European Starlings swooped in to pick at what remained. Settlers, am I right?
