Day 41 of a Photo a Day: Rankin Family Holiday

I love these guys (especially the human one).

I am so happy to report that I love a man who loves his family like I love my family: a shit load. The Rankins are hilarious, honest, and badass people who talk so openly with one another and inspire me to be true to who I am every time I'm with them. This definitely comes across in Peggy and Doug's son (and their nephews who I am pretty familiar with in my Toronto life), but it's really cool to see all five of them together being themselves and interacting. It was an incredibly fun day with good food, riveting board games, excellent jokes and jabs, and best of all it ended with some really amazing conversing and laughing and loving with my fair guy. I feel really lucky and very happy to get to be a part of all of this goodness. I'm glad we found each other when we were both ready for each other, Donny.
