Day 12 of a Photo a Day: Goodbyes

Yesterday was less about saying goodbye to my friends and more about meeting new, inspiring people. Tonight felt more like a goodbye. Tonight we were us--surrounded by candles and the sounds of good music and dumb (but fantastic) jokes.

It's bittersweet; I know that everything that each of you does will be amazing. I know this because you are all so uniquely amazing. Regardless of whether or not you were with us tonight, I am saying goodbye and good luck to you. You don't need it, but I'll say it anyways. Each and every one of you, with your distinctive strengths, has inspired me in such a genuine way. I can't wait to see what you do. I can't wait for your talent and creativity and drive and passion to be recognized.

Goodbye for now, friends (I know I'll see some of you enough, but still, much love).
