Day 11 of a Photo a Day: Paul and Christina

Today my class and my teachers were humbled and inspired by two all-star conservation photographers: Paul Nicklen and Cristina Mittermeier, co-founders of Sea Legacy.

There's so much I want to write about on this one. Not only did we get to see Paul speak at the Royal Ontario Museum later in the night (and he is one of the best speakers ever), but we also got to chat with these two amazing individuals in a private setting and ask them the questions we'd been dying to know the answers to.

Throughout our intimate discussion and the talk, their confidence in us, our program and in our probable future impacts on the Earth was reiterated so kindly. We felt empowered and motivated. These two knew their shit, and they believed in us.

I can't even come close to expressing it properly. All I can say is thank you, Paul and Cristina. You gave us so much.
